Illinois Wildflowers

Many times they you have to look hard to find certain wildflowers. They can be very small, and often grow in the woods or in isolated locations that many people do not get to. But their beauty is amazing. When photographed with a good macro lens, the intricate detail and beauty will astound you.
This is Daisy Fleabane. a fairly common wildflower.
Black-eyed Susan, probaby the most common wildflower observed.

New England Aster, many varations of colors and petal structure.
Button Bush. What a unique flower!
Virginia Bluebells.

Spider Worts. Took these during a spring rain shower.
